This Privacy Policy describes how SHFT Holdings Enterprises, LLC ("SHFT Holdings," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with institutional.shftholdings.com (the "Site"), our wholesale ordering services, and related communications.

The Site is a business-to-business wholesale portal intended for licensed businesses, institutional purchasers, and government procurement entities. It is not directed to individual consumers, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21 years of age.

By using the Site or registering for an account, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. When you register for an account, request access, place an order, or communicate with us, we may collect:

  • Payment information, such as billing address and payment method details (full payment card data is collected and processed by our payment processor, not stored by us); and

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Manage accounts, provide customer support, and communicate about orders, products, and account status;
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including federal, state, and local laws governing the sale and distribution of tobacco and nicotine products, tax laws, and recordkeeping requirements;

  • Manufacturing and distribution partners. We may share order and shipping information with co-manufacturing, packaging, and distribution partners as needed to fulfill orders.

  • Protection of rights. We may disclose information where we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of SHFT Holdings, our customers, or others, or to enforce our Terms and Conditions.

Most information we collect relates to businesses and their authorized representatives acting in a professional capacity. Where personal information of individual representatives (such as name, business email, and business phone) is collected, we handle it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate core functions (such as login sessions and shopping carts), remember preferences, and understand how the Site is used. We may use third-party analytics services that collect usage information through cookies and similar technologies.

8. Your Choices and Rights

  • Account information. You may review and update your account information by logging into your account or contacting us.
  • Marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or by contacting us. We may still send transactional and account-related communications.
  • State privacy rights. Depending on your state of residence, individual representatives may have rights under applicable state privacy laws, such as the right to know what personal information we hold, to request correction or deletion, and to opt out of certain processing. To submit a request, contact us using the information in Section 12. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against individuals for exercising privacy rights.

Note that we may decline requests where retention is required by law, including regulatory recordkeeping obligations applicable to tobacco and nicotine products.

9. Age Restriction

The Site and our products are intended only for licensed business purchasers whose authorized representatives are 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have collected information from an individual under 21, we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including our e-commerce platform, payment processors, and shipping carriers. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
