The Site is a business-to-business wholesale portal intended for licensed businesses, institutional purchasers, and government procurement entities. It is not directed to individual consumers, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21 years of age.

Note that we may decline requests where retention is required by law, including regulatory recordkeeping obligations applicable to tobacco and nicotine products.
